The Anacortes Mindfulness Community invites you to join us for a Morning of Mindfulness.
Join us for an online Morning of Mindfulness that invites us to come home to our foundational practices: sitting, walking, and breathing. We’ll explore how these practices deepen us no matter where we are on the path.
The schedule will allow for both shared contemplation and time away from the screen:
Where: The Zoom link will be emailed to registered participants. You will need a computer, tablet, or phone, and an internet connection.
Who: All are welcome. No prior study or experience is required.
Cost: $25 suggested donation. All are welcome regardless of ability to pay, so if you wish to attend but are unable to pay, please contact us. The practice of generosity (Dana) is the traditional Buddhist way of supporting our Sangha and teachers.
