CAPA Giving

CAPA Outreach CAN'T happen without YOU!

We are so thankful for our generous parents and friends of CAPA. You may know us for our after school programs, summer programs in musical theater and film production, vocal scholarship competition and private voice/instrument instruction but do you know about CAPA outreach?  

Our outreach programs serve communities that have had arts funding cut so we are especially happy to be filling this need. Currently we have an Afro-Caribbean inspired ballet class that runs two days a week at Oyler Elementary in Price Hill and Chase Elementary in the Northside. With generous support from the Scripps Family Education Foundation, August Rendig & Helen Rendig Foundation AND generous donors like you we serve 50+ children during the school year!

In the summer, CAPA runs a camp every day in June and July at a Price Hill dance studio. CAPA's Summer DanceCare offers students a summer opportunity they would otherwise not have. Lunch and dance wear is provided through collaboration with Our Daily Bread and La Soupe. 


The summer camp, along with the after school program, culminates in a recital for parents and friends. These are all opportunities that help decrease the income disparity between communities and encourage growth of skills for future success.  Please consider CAPA in your year-end giving.  Your help will allow CAPA to continue its mission to foster and inspire excellence in all aspects of the performing arts – in communities like yours and those that are underserved.
