Participants will be informed by March 30th, 2021.
Upon acceptance into the program, each fellow and each mentor will pay a $200 registration fee for the entire program. If a mentor is working with more than one fellow, they will only pay one $200 registration fee.

·Copy of at least one article related to your project
·Completed Fellow Profile (online)
·CV/Resume (optional but recommended)
·Signed Fellow Contract
·Signed Mentor Contract
·Signed Unit Leadership Contract (Manager or Director)
