December 15 - Wildwood Recreation Area

Come join us as we explore some amazing scenery for approximately 3 miles of looping trail, while we practice our plant ID and mushroom hunting skills! RSVP is required to receive email coordination, including our exact meetup location, prior to meeting. The address shared is an approximate location only.

Are there bathrooms: yes
Permits required: Wildwood Recreation Site Day Pass required ($5)
Pets allowed: yes, on leash
Kids allowed: yes, with a parent or legal guardian present at all times
Difficulty: easy
Description of the trail: Approximately 3 miles of loops, boardwalks, and flat easy paths through the forest. It's a fairly small area overall so there is plenty of opportunity to turn back whenever you'd like or extend your stay.
