CBT for Anxiety in Pediatric Primary Care
Learn how to effectively use CBT skills to support anxious children and adolescents in your primary care practice. Course goals include:
- Identifying and understanding the core components of youth anxiety
- Screening and assessing for anxiety in primary care settings
- Summarizing the key components of CBT for youth anxiety
- Treating anxious child and adolescent patients using CBT techniques
Participants can earn AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM based on their completion of the following course components:
- A dynamic one-day workshop focused on building knowledge, skills and confidence using CBT the techniques for youth anxiety.
- Four, follow-up case-based learning calls. Each of these group conference calls last 1 hour.
