Volunteers start, transplant, or root Native Plant seedlings while sharing plant knowledge.
You will be greatly surprised by how much volunteers know!
The seedlings are then transplanted to different locations along the river to prevent erosion, attract butterflies and other beneficial insects, birds, etc. and to preserve our watershed.
Weekly on Mondays from 10:30 - noon
FLFR will be selling Native Plants on the same day and time during April, May and June.
FLFR will also have a booth at the Master Gardener's Plant Sale on April 20th at the Depot in Oneonta.
