4-day course
Ever wonder what those beautiful flowering plants growing along your favorite hiking trails are; have you ever thought to yourself "Can I eat that"? If you are constantly asking these questions and more than you will want to join ABG for a hands-on field botany class
with Dr. Marilyn Barker. Learn about local plants, their identification,
and uses. Class meets on Wednesday's in May (May 12, 19, 26, and June 2nd), from 6:30-9:00pm. Class fee does not include field trip
transportation or optional books and supplies. Face masks are required for in-person sessions.
This is a 4-day course, no single-day registration. Pre-registration is required. $10 cancellation fee applies. No refunds for requests made less than 7 days from the date of the class, please consider your payment a donation to the Garden. Call the Garden at 907-770-3692 with questions.
