Gift the Power of Mentorship!
In 2005, a group of visionary social entrepreneurs in Boston came together to address the economic complexities facing the country in the context of the new demography. Out of their discussions came an initiative to create a powerful channel for identifying and accelerating HispanicLatino talent that is ready to take on the increasing responsibilities of leadership and help our communities, organizations, and country thrive and prosper in the future.
This initiative became CONEXION, driven by the growing demand for HispanicLatino talent from forward-thinking companies and organizations across all sectors. At the heart of our model is the concept of Social Capital - the understanding that social networks have inherent value. We recognized that many people at the margins lacked access to these connections and reciprocal networks of value, or "Conexiónes."
With this in mind, we created a model that is intentional about building bridging Conexiónes through mentorship and bonding networks of value through a cohort of mentees. At CONEXION, we believe in Social Capital in action - creating powerful connections that help HispanicLatino talent succeed and lead, driving our collective prosperity and well-being forward. Join us today and help us build a better future for all!
In our almost 18 years, we have supported hundreds of Latino professionals as they work to advance their careers and make meaningful contributions to their communities. We have provided training, mentorship, and networking opportunities to help them develop the skills and connections needed to succeed and thrive as leaders. But our work is far from done. We are committed to leveling the playing field and creating more opportunities for success and more significant impact.
We ask for your support as we look to the future to deepen our impact and reach. Your donation will help us to provide valuable resources and thoughtfully support Latino professionals to realize their full potential that in turn, will continue to make a positive impact on their communities, organizations, and society as a whole.
