Skillful Effort through Loving the Inner Critic

Practice together remotely with other sangha members in a relaxed online atmosphere (7:00) and enjoy a dharma talk (7:35).



Applying appropriate effort to our practice can be derailed by an out of control inner critic. In this talk we will explore intimacy with this “karmic knot” conditioning and outline steps for practicing with it with mindfulness and compassion.
