HURRICANE RELIEF DRIVE
Hurricane Ida has devastated South Louisiana and left thousands of children and families displaced. Acadiana is a refuge to many of these children and families while they repair and rebuild their homes. With your support, we will be able to fulfill our mission to freely love, serve and support them during this very difficult time.
Any and all contributions will go toward efforts such as:
1. Providing a personal care kit which includes: personal hygiene products and toiletries, underwear, socks, blanket, sleeping bag, granola bars and non-perishable food items, a child's toy such as a sports ball or baby doll and lastly a gift card to a local restaurant or Walmart depending on their individual needs.
2. We are working to set up a resource center and providing 500 or more free meals to evacuees in the Lafayette Parish.
3. We are also coordinating another outreach to provide over 200 hot and fresh meals to evacuees in Iberia Parish.
4. Providing key resources and tools to survivors who are in need of basic necessities in some of the hardest-hit areas of Southeast Louisiana. From water to gas, generators, tarps, contractor bags, PPE, etc.
