The Giving Room is an incredible community project that will empower neighbors in South Seattle to share & repair used clothing and household goods. This project has recently received a $40,000 grant, allowing us to pay our organizers and repair specialists so that we can sustain the energy and effort it takes to provide organized and ongoing mutual aid to the community.

However, the funding we have received does not cover the cost of a trailer, which is why we are asking for YOUR support. By helping the Giving Room go mobile, the trailer will allow this project to have a greater reach and support communities where they already are.
