SWEAT YOUR SUPPORT FOR THE MADDIE POTTS FOUNDATION
Your "challenge" for this year is to demonstrate Perseverance throughout your workout or continue to join additional workouts if space is available. A red flag means the session is full a green flag identifies there is space open to join in. Once you register for one workout you are registered for all options, except the bike race. All participants can choose a workout time and intensity that is best for them. Workouts will range from high-intensity speed and agility training to activities suitable for adult recreational or less competitive athletes, activities accessible to all through an adaptive obstacle course, and yoga. Or just sign up to walk or run the 5K course which will be open all day! The 4th annual event will also include competitive bike races as well as an all-day disc golf tournament. All participants must have submitted an online waiver, sign a waiver at check in or present a printed signed waiver at check in.
You are supporting the Foundation so we can give back to the community with scholarships, facility upgrades, support for coaches, parents and athletes with the Positive Coaching Alliance, and support for Unified Athletics!
