Calavera LGBTQ Festival
The 6th annual Calavera LGBTQ Festival will be held on Saturday, October 23rd at Mi Centro LGBTQ Community Center in Boyle Heights. The Calavera LGBTQ Festival is a cultural celebration and remembrance of victims of homophobia, transphobia, racism, and gun violence. We expect 150 community members to attend this annual cultural tradition. Together, we will gather to celebrate our queer Latine culture, honor our departed loved ones, and enjoy the evening with delicious food and great entertainment.
NOTE TO ATTENDEES: COVID PRECAUTIONS WILL BE FOLLOWED
In accordance with local and state mandates and recommendations from the CDC, all LEA LGBTQ+ Calavera Festival attendees, speakers, vendors, and entertainers will be required to wear a face covering while at the event. Further, all attendees and speakers will also be required to show either proof of being fully vaccinated or a negative coronavirus PCR test dated within 72 hours at festival check-in.
