LAP BRIDGE FUNDING CAMPAIGN
Since the start of the pandemic last year, we’ve been taking deep breaths, watching, adapting, and responding to the world events unfold. Though we were able to offer virtual programs to the public, we’ve mostly been on pause since the partners that we serve were forced to close their doors. It has not been an easy road, especially knowing that the very tools we offer were most needed during these uncertain times, yet inaccessible.
We are proud to share that we have held on and with gradual steps are returning to serve our community. We are aligned with a strategic partner and with the support of our board and volunteers, we are reemerging! While we are staying attuned to the constant changes and the facilities' capacity, our goal is to slowly bring back programs by the end of the year, and only when it is safe for everyone. Though there are many unforeseen variables, we see a flourishing future ahead and we'll continue to support our volunteers' and participants' wellbeing.
Community members like you, have always been key to LAP’s success. We know that together we serve our mission to create resilience through connection. Today, we ask you to help us bring back our programs and meet a necessary goal of $15,000. This funding will provide training resources to get our instructors up to speed and ready, bolster existing programs and support staff in doing this work, all necessary for re-emerging.
Please consider making a donation today that supports us in creating resilience through connection.
