On Saturday, August 14th, 2021, a 7.2 magnitude earthquake hit the southwestern peninsula of Haiti and has devastated Les Cayes, the area where we serve students, teachers, families, and their communities at three of our Ministry Sites - Les Cayes, Cavaillon, Savanette.

Almost 1,300 people have lost their lives, 5,700 are injured and 30,250 families are homeless following the strong quake that caused widespread destruction. Some of the hardest-hit communities where are students, teachers and their families live are in desperate need of potable water and temporary shelters as they have lost everything.
