Jacob, age 14, has been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). His treatment will be a long journey for this family, with many out-of-pocket expenses. The foundation has been helping Jacob and his family under the Medical & Home Assistance Program. Jacob's mom had to leave her job to care for her son full-time.
