Discover Silas' Story

This is Silas Tamang, a champion for our Computer Learning Environment Center (CLEC) set-up at Sotang Public Rural College. After learning valuable skills in technology and communication, Silas uses this knowledge to run his own successfully expanding farm where he keeps dairy cattle, as well as grows bananas, kiwis, and suntalas (oranges in Nepali).

This is one of the many stories of how our CLEC works to enrich both education and livelihood of the people in rural Nepal. With your help and generosity, many more students will have success stories like this.
