Volunteer Registration Bryan Campus

Great Futures Start Here

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Brazos Valley!  Volunteers interested in serving club members as tutors, mentors, coaches, or general volunteers must first submit payment of a $20 background check fee and complete all information on the volunteer application in its entirety.

A Boys & Girls Club team member will email or call you the results of your background check within 48-72 hours after submitting payment.  Once cleared, volunteers should plan to attend a 1-hour Orientation and Training, given on Tuesdays at 3:30pm at the Boys & Girls Club (1910 Beck St, Bryan, TX 777803). At this Orientation and Training, volunteers will take a tour of the Club, receive guidelines and information, sign the Volunteer Code of Ethics (shown below), and take the online training.

For groups or organizations of 15 or more or any special circumstances preventing attendance of our regularly scheduled Orientation and Training,
please call our Program Administrator, Rodneshia Broades, at (979) 822-7516 for options or possible arrangements.

Should you have any questions regarding volunteer opportunities or the process to become a registered volunteer, please contact Rodneshia at (979) 822-7516.

For COURT APPOINTED COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURSPLEASE DO NOT complete this registration.

For information about court appointed service hours, please call or email Senior Director of Safety and Facilities, Traci Thomas at [email protected] or (979) 822-7516.
