Mariposa Family Learning Center is a 501 (c) (3) non -profit, public charity organization, which is exempt from federal income tax under the Internal Revenue Code (IRC).


Donors can deduct contributions they make to Mariposa FLC under IRC Section 170.


Mariposa FLC is also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Sections 2055, 2106, or 2522.
