Dear PNAA chapters and supporters,
The Philippine Nurses Association of America,Inc(PNAA) is activating the Kababayan Emergency Preparedness Funding Program (KEPF) with the goal of providing a proactive and immediate source of emergency funding for the disaster victims in the most recent Typhoon Odette that left a trail of disaster and devastation in the central and southern regions of the Philippines. This left many of our kababayans without power, damaging homes and roads. We are appealing for your support as PNAA kicks off a fundraising campaign to help the victims of this calamity.
Due to the severe catastrophic damages and suffering that affect our kababayans, PNAA supports the humanitarian mission of providing monetary donation. PNAA is aware that it would take a long recovery process for our country similar to the other calamities. We appreciate everyone’s rapid response to this plea and we welcome monetary donations from your chapters and members to support the KEPF humanitarian mission to make this possible.
In November 2020, when Typhoon Ulysses hit the Philippines PNAA responded swiftly with the assistance of our counterparts in the Philippines. CAN WE COUNT ON YOU AGAIN FOR YOUR HELP?
Mr. Romeo DeVera, the Community Outreach Chair will provide an oversight on the communication and fund distribution. We appreciate your support and generosity.
