Red Door Urban Missions | 3636 Queensland Dr. Suite 1, Memphis, TN 38116
1.) Please be advised, this is an outside event. The vendor is required to provide all the necessary items needed to set up their booth/table. (Including canopy tent, table, chairs, signage, generator, and/or extention cords.)
2.) It is understood that the vendor shall not remove their booth/table prior to the end of the event. (NOTE: Non-compliance will force Ella Bebe Angels & Red Door Urban Missions to exclude the offending vendor from future events.)
3.) Vendors are required to keep their booths open and manned for the entire time the vendor hall is open. We do not permit early pack-up or early move-out.
4.) Event Itinerary
- EVENT SET UP: Saturday, December 10, 2022 from 11 AM - 1:45 PM
- EVENT: Saturday, December 10, 2022 from 2 PM - 4 PM
- EVENT CLEAN UP: Saturday, December 10, 2022 from 4 PM – 5 PM
5.) Vendors must maintain the cleanliness of their assigned spaces and remove all waste before leaving the event.
6.) Vendors are required to keep their product/display within their paid booth area.
7.) The vendor is expected to display professionalism, courtesy, and respect, when speaking or dealing with ANY guest. (NOTE: No items that are immoral, illegal, or dangerous will be allowed onsite. If Ella Bebe Angels & Red Door Urban Missions fells that any articles are questionalble, the removal of the article will be requested. If the vendor is non-compliant of the request, the vendor will be asked to pack up and leave the premises.)
