Butterfly Ball Volunteers

The 5th Annual Butterfly Ball Adult Prom will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at the Ford Wyoming Center! This year's theme will be: BLACK & WHITE.

This year we are back in one location! Our guests will enjoy dancing the night away to the sounds of a Live DJ,
heavy hors d'oeuvres, a photo booth area with renowned local photographer Ben Winckler, Spin The Bottle Wine Pull, a Prom King & Queen Competition, a HUGE silent auction, and tons of opportunities for fun! 

We expect about 600 guests at this year's event and we need volunteers to help make the event run smoothly. There are volunteer opportunities of varying responsibility and time commitment.  If you plan to volunteer all night there will be no entry fee. 

If you sign up for a shorter volunteer position (1-2 hours) we would like to offer you a discounted ticket to the Butterfly Ball as a thank you. If you do not fulfill your volunteer position, your card will be charged the remaining amount.
