Prem is a dedicated early childhood teacher who lost her classroom in the 2015 earthquake.
With funding from PiSL, Prem's community built a temporary learning center.
That was over 2 years ago and the structure is worn out. The roof leaks, the bamboo walls provide little protection from the wind and cold, and the floors are hard dirt.We have been told us that no one has offered to help them - not the Nepali government or any other nonprofit.
Together, we can give Prem, her students and community a new earthquake resistant classroom that will be safe, dry and secure.
You can help us reach our goal of $12,000!
