Hello! I am an author, blogger for Jason Evert, church worker, and homeschool alumna, currently 27 and living in Denham Springs, Louisiana. And now I'm going to be a Dumb Ox intern!

One year ago this Saturday (2/26) I went on my first Echo retreat. At that time I was going through a rough season and Echo was like finding manna in the wilderness. I had always been taught Theology of the Body, but it's different getting to spend time with that many people striving for that level of love for every person. I had that kind of community growing up with the Catholic homeschoolers, however as an adult it's hard to find when socializing with your peers. The people and culture of Echo were healing and peaceful exactly when I needed them.

I admit, one reason I volunteered is because I want more! And I also can't wait to join them in creating the culture of love for other people as well.
