March 2022 Letter
Marching Into Spring!
Dear Friends,
Well, it’s now time to “March”
into spring! (See what I did there… I got “dad jokes”!) 2022 has been
challenging so far, but we are continuing to have an impact on lives
that are struggling with homelessness, addiction, alcoholism, or some other
life-controlling issue. We are excited
about what God is doing at the Union Gospel Mission!
No doubt, there is much more to be done and we can only do
it with your help. It is by your generosity that we can offer hope
and lasting change to folks in bondage and experiencing hopelessness. We
are already making plans for our Community
Easter Sunday Dinner, where we will be serving around 400 meals to
those who come to join us! We would also love for you to join us. Either to
volunteer, eat, or just hang out and see God work. Be looking for more
information to come! Easter Sunday, April 17th, 2022 from 1-3pm at
the Bessie Smith Cultural Center!
As we “MARCH”
forward, can we count on your help? Your partnership with the Union Gospel
Mission allows us to continue “Meeting Needs, Making Change, and Magnifying
Christ!”
Serving Christ and the Community,
Rev.
Executive Director
P.S. Won’t you prayerfully consider sending a
substantial gift as soon as possible!
