This is a time for us to come back "home" and reconnect with our community, sharpen our professional toolkits, make those next career moves, and celebrate each others' successes. Join Us for MAIP Summit 2022

MAIP Summit is the 4A’s Foundation’s response to the MAIP Alumni community’s desire for a customized, interactive learning and development experience for every level of professional. This event is created to bring you, our community, the most relevant panels, mainstage discussions, and series of specialized workshops tailored to the content and conversations that we as people of color want to hear. MAIP Summit has always been a space to tune in and hear from industry professionals, partners, allies and most importantly our own MAIP Alumni community, to provide enhanced skill sets and tools to be your best self in the workplace. Join Us at the Society of Excellence

Society of Excellence is an annual event to induct, recognize and celebrate MAIP Alumni and professionals as they are initiated into an elite community committed to talent, diversity and excellence. During this award show, we honor our upcoming MAIPers to Watch, celebrate our Paragon Award recipient, and recognize organizations and professionals dedicated to diversity & inclusion, just to name a few. This is one big celebration where attendees can network with other MAIP Alumni as well as representatives from our partner organizations. We hope to see you there!

Your Support Matters

We're constantly inspired to provide you with the best programming possible, and we couldn't make that happen without the support of the alumni community. In order to continue bringing you the content you want to see, we'd appreciate your help in spreading the word and getting your fellow MAIP Alumni friends to attend as well. This year, MAIP Summit and Society of Excellence will be in-person and your contributions help offset our event costs for things like food & beverage, entertainment, the venue space and more. As a reminder, the 4A's Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, and all donations are greatly appreciated!

Please note: The 4A’s Foundation is committed to ensuring the health and safety of all MAIP Summit and Society of Excellence (SOE) attendees. In furtherance of this goal, all attendees will be required to (i) upload proof of full vaccination via Flipcause or (ii) show proof of a negative PCR COVID test taken no earlier than 72 hours prior to the start of the MAIP Summit or SOE upon entry.  All information provided pursuant to this policy will be kept confidential in accordance with applicable law. In addition to the foregoing, 4A’s Foundation will implement the specific health and safety protocols appropriate to the public health circumstances existing at the time of the MAIP Summit or SOE. 4A’s Foundation will continue to monitor COVID-19 guidance from the CDC and other relevant public health authorities, and adjust these measures in the future, as needed, and communicate updated guidelines to attendees on an ongoing basis. Attendees must agree to follow any COVID-related or other health and safety protocols in place at our events as a condition of admission. Refusal to abide by 4A’s Foundation’s and the venue’s safety measures and precautions may result in ejection from the event and cancellation of their registration, without refund.
