School Supply Drive Pre-Registration Sign-Up

Greetings Sponsors! We are finalizing the plans for this year's epic event. Please fill out the form below if your organization, business, or church plan to participate this year. The tentative date is July 29, 2023, from 10 am-12 pm at Caroline Middle School (13325 Devils Three Jump Road). We are currently recruiting sponsors to sign up for the supply item(s) your organization will be committing to donate this year. Last year, Caroline's Promise and our wonderful sponsors collectively provided over 800 future leaders with book bags and school supplies. This year we are seeking to provide800-1000 students with items to help them be prepared for a Healthy Start and Future. We can do it with your help.
