
In celebration of Earth Day, Little Compton Makers invites creators of all ages to build something amazing out of cardboard, recycled materials and imagination!

Enter as an individual, family or group!
Think “out of the box”! Find innovative ways to transform any cardboard material into a sculpture, structure, interactive game or whatever inspires you! Masterpieces will be displayed in a “Cardboard Box Museum” at the Little Compton Grange Hall. Judges will give awards for creativity, functionality, interactivity, and artistic representation!
Award Categories
Master Maker - Most technical project construction.
Innovative Inventor - Most unique, “out-of-the-box” construction.
Resourceful Recycler - Best use of recyclables in construction.
Fun Fabricator - Liveliest, most entertaining construction.
At 2pm is a special program Endangered Egg Babies where you’ll learn about endangered species in a creative, fun, hands-on way and what has brought them to the brink of extinction.
Drop off and set up will be at LC Grange Hall on Saturday, April 23rd between 4-5pm.

Pick-up is after the event ends from 4-5pm on Sunday, April 24th.
Rules:
1.) The creation should be made of mostly cardboard, but other materials can be used minimally. Recycled materials are also encouraged.
2.) The structure must be free standing (does not need to be anchored in any way).
3.) Use battery or electricity to power your creation is allowed (no chemicals, flammable materials or open flames).
