After a long and exceptionally brave battle, Jennifer Sarah Granek, (46) of Owings Mills, Maryland has succumbed to her injuries sustained more than 6 years ago while in Costa Rica.
Jen is survived by her doting husband and best friend, Brian and her three amazingly brave and adored children, Riley, Cameron and Landon. Jen is also survived by her loving parents, Harriet and Stanley Styar and her devoted sister Lindsay Levy.
As well as her in-laws, Margi and David Granek, her sister and brother-in-law, Jill and David Suffel and her cherished nephews, Logan and Benjamin Suffel; Jen leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends who all loved her dearly. Jen is predeceased by her son, Brandon.
Jen was a fighter, a fierce competitor; yet a most kind, caring and considerate person. All who met her came away better for having included her in their lives.
