Welcome to Tee Off For Mya, our 3rd Annual Memorial Golf Classic Event. The event will once again be held at the very beautiful Jumping Brook Golf Club with 100% of the net proceeds to be given to The Mya Lin Terry Foundation.
All Golf Registrations include Green and Cart Fees, Golfer Kit, Use of Driving Range and Putting Green, On Course Refreshments, BBQ Luncheon, Cocktail Reception with Raw Bar and Sushi Display, Dinner Buffet with Carving Station and Two Hour Open Bar.

1:00pm - Shot Gun Start - Scramble Format
6:00pm - Dinner Reception
Dinner-Only Registration Also Available.
Space is Limited to the First 120 "PAID" Golfers. You must register by May 28th to attend.
