Calling all teens, ages 13-18, ready to experience inner strength, calm, confidence, and compassion. Join this four-week series that offers:

Yoga helps us de-stress, move, breathe, and rest. Yoga gives us a toolkit for soothing our tight muscles, improving our flexibility and coordination, and counteracting the negative challenges of screen time, school, and peer pressures. Take this opportunity to acknowledge your resilience and recharge for the week ahead.


Yoga is empowering. You already HAVE all that you need. Come, find your balance. Choose from in-person or online classes.
