Team 65ROSES Fundraising 2022
Raising funds so those with cystic fibrosis enjoy longer, stronger lives

Cystic Fibrosis is a progressive, life-shortening genetic disease that affects the respiratory and digestive systems, making it increasingly hard to breathe as the disease progresses. Training to run or participate in an endurance event takes the kind of effort that people living with cystic fibrosis must endure every day just to breathe. Exercise reduces the rate of decline in lung function, helps clear mucus from the lungs, increases appetite, and improves overall endurance and well-being in people with cystic fibrosis. Team 65ROSES members appreciate the strength and perseverance of the children and adults living with CF. It is truly a marathon disease!
Team 65ROSES is a program of Miles for Cystic Fibrosis, an Atlanta-based non-profit that encourages and supports exercise and physical activity for individuals living with cystic fibrosis through our BreatheStrong exercise grant program. In response to COVID-19, Miles for CF began providing critical needs assistance for people with CF and their families who have lost income because of the pandemic. Now we continue to provide food and utility assistance for CF families who are struggling financially. Learn more at https://www.milesforcf.org/
