During the month of February, Leaders in Training takes time to remember and honor Henry Martinez by celebrating his birthday and using his memory to remind us to spread #LITLove in our community all year long. This year, thanks to the Helms Helps Foundation, LIT is able to match donations up to $20,000 until March 2nd.

Help ignite #LITLove this month by honoring LIT Board Member Jackie Beato's son Henry on what would have been his 6th birthday and empower every LIT member to live up to Henry's legacy by trying our best, having integrity and contributing positivity and #LITLove to our world.

The Helms Help Foundation has partnered with Leaders in Training (LIT) to raise funds for our Little Leaders program in support of high school and postsecondary students serving as mentors and tutors to their elementary school peers after school and all school year long. Ignite #LITLove this month by empowering diverse role models to be the change from the community, for the community. Donations will be matched through March 2, 2022 up to $20,000.
