As we run headlong into this new year, I can’t believe that we are already in February! We know this is “love” month. Valentine’s Day is February 14^th and we are already deluged with hearts and candy and anything else that has to do with “Love”.

I know you don’t need me to remind you, but I will anyways… the Bible tells us that God is love. One of the great things about doing the work that we do at the Union Gospel Mission, is being able to show God’s love to people who are in need. Whether that need is physical (food, shelter, clothing, etc) or spiritual, we get an incredible opportunity to expose folks to God’s love. Obviously, we couldn’t do this alone. Your generous support of the Union Gospel Mission makes it possible for us to provide for the needs of a hurting, and sometimes, hopeless group of people.

Can I ask a bold favor of you during this month of “Love”? Would you consider doubling your normal gift so that Union Gospel Mission that we can continue “Meeting Needs, Making Change, and Magnifying Christ!”
