WE NEED YOUR HELP TLP Family,

Gemma is just nine weeks old and already covered in crackling and scabbing skin. She found herself at the shelter after being found as a stray.

Zinnia is just six weeks old and severely underweight. She was surrendered to the shelter in critical condition with her sister Petal, who sadly did not make it.

In the first eight days of July, TLP has helped save seven puppies. While some are healthy, others like Gemma and Zinnia have had a tough start in life.

Zinnia is growing like a weed! August 12, 2022

When Zinnia came to TLP, she weighed a mere 2.5 lbs. She was so small, the stuffed animal the shelter sent her home with was bigger than her. Now, in her foster home, Zinnia weighs more than 8 pounds! That's a weight gain of more than five pounds.

Zinnia’s foster says you can no longer see her ribs, and her puppy face is filling out. She is curious about everything, and if she had her way, Zinnia would go everywhere and do everything. Her preferred morning routine includes playing, cuddling, and sleeping.

This brave girl has finally grown into dog toys and eats like a champ! So, if you’d like to help Zinnia continue her road to recovery, please consider donating or purchasing an item from her wishlist like some more yummy food or fun toys. Go, Zinnia, go!
