This summer, the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Brazos Valley launched its first track program called "The Valley Track". The team is comprised of many youth who loved to run but have never run in a track program or had formal coaching. Our coaching staff is in awe the success of this hard-working team and we are thrilled that many of The Valley Track athletes qualified for the state meet.
In total, ELEVEN of The Valley Track Team Athletes earned results that qualified them in the TAAF State Track Meet in Corpus Christi taking place on July 21-24. Your support is essential in assisting the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Brazos Valley offset travel expenses for these remarkable youth.
Our mantra at the club is “We’re Just Getting Started” and The Valley Athletics programs truly are in the beginning phases of making a huge impact for youth locally! Thank you for your support!
