EverWalk will be handling all reservations for our "basecamp" at the Sleepy Hollow Hotel.

We have secured group non-profit rates for four nights at this locally-owned hotel in Tarrytown, NY.

We highly recommend that you stay in our room block at the Sleepy Hollow Hotel for a variety of reasons:



  1. We have negotiated excellent group pricing. 

  2. All bus and van transport will only leave from here.
  3. This is a group event, and we believe your best experience
of this EverWalk Journey will happen if you stay with the group.


THERE ARE TWO KINDS OF ROOMS: KINGS & DOUBLE QUEENS.

BOTH ARE THE SAME PRICE: $900 for four nights.

If you are sharing a Double Queen, each roommate can pay $450 separately.

Please choose accordingly.


WE ARE REQUIRED TO RESERVE OUR ROOM BLOCK BY AUGUST 8.

IF YOU DO NOT RESERVE YOUR ROOM BY THEN, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ROOM AVAILABILITY.

ALL ROOMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & WE REQUIRE YOU TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE THAT COVERS COVID, OR SIGN A RELEASE.
