Assalamu alaykum,

This form is intended for individuals that wish to enroll their children in our after school. (age 6+) Maktab at Al-Misbaah Musalah in Elk Grove, CA. The program will include Quran & Islamic studies. Schedule is Monday through Thursday 06:00 PM to 08:00 PM. Please fill out this form and we will reach out to you in sha Allah.


The monthly fee will be $80 per student. Note that this registration form says "FREE" below, because it is "FREE" to submit your interest in registering your children(s) into the Maktab.
