Hatha Yoga is the Yoga to join, to connect, and to experience the fullness of life. Through breath and posture we strengthen and stretch our minds and our bodies to more fully engage in the experience of daily living. Develop better posture, more stamina and strength, and grounding. Practice Hatha Yoga to prepare for higher possibilities. When we move into postures that strengthen us, align us, and stretch tight and tired muscles we can move our energies into states of higher consciousness or simply just feel better.In this class we will move and breathe with intention. Moving slowly from pose to pose, we will focus on transitions as well as our asana.
This class will focus on stress relief, the nervous system, and finding joy even amid the chaos of life as represented by all the little pug buddies we'll have roaming free in the studio.
Class will be taught by Rebecca Melton owner of Lighthouse Yoga and foster mom to Furever Foster Mimi!
