Help Us End Domestic Violence
Life Enriching Communication (LEC) focuses on providing programs in the community that promote life enriching relationships and expose power over strategies and domestic violence by teaching nonviolent communication.
We offer a batterer intervention program for men and women and a child abuse treatment program. Many participants have been mandated or referred by the court, probation, social services or parole. We also have participants that voluntarily take the program.
We have a nonviolent communication practice group that meets on the fourth Sunday of every month at 4 pm that supports clients once they graduate the program and while in the program. The practice is group is open to everyone who wants to practice or learn nonviolent communication.
We from time to time provide introductory nonviolent communication classes and programs. At this time we have some limitations on our time and we hope that donations can make it possible to offer more resources to our community in El Dorado County and internationally via Zoom. We appreciate your donation of any amount and invite you to consider volunteering as well. We are proud that you are willing to join us in the fight to end domestic violence.
