Little Mister and Miss Harvest Fest Pageant

Caroline’s Promise Little Mister and Miss Harvest Fest Rules and Regulations

- Only 20 contestants will be allowed to participate. The goal is to have 10 girls and 10 boys. Should more of one enter and less of the other, the decision will be reviewed and decided by Caroline's Promise Executive Director.

- Registration is $25 per child.

- All participants will receive a T-shirt and surprise gift.

- The contestant must be 5 years old, no older than 7 years old by October 15, 2022.

- Contestants will be judged on speaking ability, personality, and best-dressed harvest attire!

- The winners will be required to ride in the Bowling Green Christmas parade and the Frog Level parade which takes place on October 29, 2022, and December 10, 2022.

- Contestants will not hold Caroline’s Promise Little Mister and Miss Committee members or any individual or organization liable for any accident or injury that may or might occur as a result of the contest or future obligations.

- The winners will be crowned and will be asked to return the following year to crown the new winners.

- Caroline’s Promise Executive Director and Little Mister and Miss Harvest Festival Judges reserve the right to make additional rules and regulations as situations warrant.

- Decisions of the Caroline’s Promise Little Mister and Miss Harvest pageant will be finalized by the contest judges. All scoring information is confidential and will not be released at any time.

- Contestants will have a mandatory meeting on Thursday, September 8, 2022, 6:00 p.m. at the Caroline County Community Center. At this time we will discuss rules, event day itinerary, and attire.
