Yoga spaces have been predominantly populated by women. Men's lifestyles & musculature affect their bodies in different ways.
This is class is tailored to the needs of men's bodies and considerations for life stages, well-being, & stress.
Each month Michael will choose a focus to support men in their yoga practice, considering the various ways in which men are using their bodies in daily life and how to encourage more optimal well-being.
