
Yoga for Beginners will provide a safe, structured and authentic experience of yoga.
Teachers will teach both the methodology of the practices and the philosophy surrounding the practices.
Understanding how to practice, as well as why, will inspire you to not only begin a yoga practice but to make it a consistent part of your daily self-care and your life vitality.

Saturdays 9:00 - 10:00 am PST | May 7, 14, 21, 28
We need a minimum of 6 registered students for the series to be supported.
All registrations and drop ins include a 20% donation to our Prison Yoga Programs.
