Golden Reward Sanctuary (GRS) takes in aging horses and dogs and provides them a safe and peaceful home to live out their days. At the heart of this work is a focus "on making a difference for a few." This is the way Kaitie lived her life. With her various skills and bright personality, she easily could have reached for a life in the spotlight, but her eyes and heart were always on making a difference for the few that she came into contact with as she went through daily life. It might be a quick sketch, a goofy text message, a kind word, or even a simple smile. And by the response the family has received both during Kaitie's treatment and after her passing, it is abundantly clear that this devotion to focusing on the few bore fruit far beyond what she could have possibly imagined.

Kaitie came to know about GRS only recently, but she fell in love with its work and the beautiful creatures who live there immediately. Our family knows that she would be thankful and honored by your decision to donate to this organization in her name and in her memory.
