Thank you for your interest in volunteering to coach for the Athletic Programs of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Brazos Valley! Volunteers interested in serving club members as coaches or officials must first submit payment of a $20 background check fee and complete the registration form in its entirety.

After submitting payment, volunteers will receive a confirmation email along with additional steps to become an approved coach or official. A Boys & Girls Club team member will email you the results of your background check within 48-72 hours after submitting payment. Steps to becoming a registered and approved volunteer for the Athletic Program with the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Brazos Valley:

Step 1: Register Online & Submit $20 Background Check Fee payment.

Step 2: Clear Background Check

Athletics’ Administrator will email you the results of your background check within 48-72 hours following completion of application.

Step 3: Coaches Meeting (Volunteer Orientation & Risk Management Training)

Any volunteers interested in serving our youth members directly must complete a short coach’s orientation and Risk Management Training.

Step 4: Attend a minimum of one player combine.
