Daisy's Heartworm Treatment
Daisy is a female pit mix estimated at 3 years old. She is good with other dogs and kids. She is an active girl, and she just wants to love everyone! Daisy did test positive for heartworms and has started pre-treatment. Heartworm disease is a serious and potentially fatal disease in pets in the United States and many other parts of the world. It is caused by foot-long worms (heartworms) that live in the heart, lungs and associated blood vessels of affected pets, causing severe lung disease, heart failure and damage to other organs in the body. We are currently raising funds to begin his fast kill treatment. The cost for her treatment is $600.
