When do you start planning for the holidays? At the Union Gospel Mission, we are starting now! You see, it won’t be long until Thanksgiving is upon us and we will be busy serving our “unhoused neighbors” a traditional Thanksgiving meal. Then right behind that comes Christmas when we will be doing the same. Just between these two events we will serve approximately 1,000 meals to those in need.

But we will also be providing three meals a day and all other residential services to the 9-12 men who are going through one of our residential programs. These daily meals coupled with our outreach meals could be as many as 2,000, or more, meals in that 30 days! “Blessing Bags” will be provided as we have available to distribute to our guests and providing the daily needs of our residents. If you have been purchasing much of anything lately, you can see this quickly adds up!

Your partnership with the Union Gospel Mission keeps food in the stomachs, clothes on the bodies, and hope in the hearts of the people we serve! Your gift helps us to continue "Meeting Needs, Making Change, and Magnifying Christ!"
