WE’VE DONE IT AGAIN!

Thanks to the generosity of Charlotte Von Der Hude, the San Francisco Foundation,
and the East Bay Family Foundation, REACH Shirati has a 2023 matching grant of
$50,000! And we’ve already raised an additional $20,000 toward that matching grant!
Help us reach our Giving Tuesday matching goal so that REACH Shirati, together
with our Tanzanian partners, can continue to support the education and health care

projects that make such a difference to the people of Shirati.

NEW TINA’S SCHOOL IS OPEN!

REACH Shirati’s biggest achievement is founding and supporting Tina’s Pre and
Primary School, which has been #1 in its district in Tanzania, and in the top 1 – 2
percent of primary schools in all of Tanzania. Thanks to your generous donations,
REACH Shirati’s partners in Tanzania have completed building New Tina’s School at
a more populated location near Shirati, allowing the school to enhance opportunities

for more children and their families.
