FPA Member Event Invite - Carnegie Hall
Junhee Lim - Carnegie Hall Piano Recital Oct 6
Sejong Soloists, the leading chamber orchestra ensemble, has extended an invitation to Foreign Press Association members to attend a piano recital Nacht und Träume with JUHEE LIM at Carnegie Hall on Thursday, October 6th at 8:00 PM.
A rising star, Lim made her orchestra debut at the 2010 Stars of the White Nights Festival with the Mariinsky Orchestra conducted by Valery Gergiev. She was named a ‘2030 Next Generation Leader’ by Forbes Korea (2020). In 2021, she won the Juilliard Concerto Competition for Beethoven 39's Piano Concerto No. 5, “Emperor” and the Modern Times Prize at the Clara Haskil Competition. This performance will be her Carnegie Hall debut.
There are a generous (but limited), number of tickets allocated to the FPA for the concert. They will be available on a first-come first-served basis – with a maximum of two per member. These tickets are free – but we ask that members consider making a suggested minimum tax deductible donation to the FPA Scholarship Fund of $25 per ticket to help us support the next generation of journalists.
