Members

Members make every drop count

Members are the foundation of TWCA. As such, they receive access to TWCA trial data, membership directory, logos and more.  Members support drought tolerance trials and outreach activities. As a 501c3 non-profit every TWCA membership is 100% tax deductible. Together, we make every drop count.

PARTNERS

SECTION 9.1 PARTNER

TWCA recognizes three (3) partner types: (i) members, (ii) supporters and (iii) critical collaborators

As used herein, the term “partner” shall be used to refer generically to all partners. All three silos of partnership shall be collectively referred to as the “partners” the following shall be the requirements for partnership in each silo:

MEMBER.   A member is a corporation, firm, or organization that (i) holds commercial interest in the lawn and garden industry (ii) is in good standing with TWCA, as stated in section 9.4 of the TWCA bylaws (iii) utilizes tools and benefit beyond the recognition of qualified product and affiliation by means of authorized application of the seal.


PRODUCER MEMBER. Any member engaged in the growing, processing, packaging and/or licensing of live goods intended for business to business (b2b) transactions. Examples include grower cooperatives, seed production farms and/or companies, etc. Producer members are entitled to 1 board vote and exclusive access to TWCA trialing.


INDUSTRY MEMBER. Any member involved in the lawn and live-goods industry not described by producer member [section 9.1]. Examples include sod farms, landscape contractors, design/build firms, etc.
